PO2 Knowledge - Breadth Knowledge of the key concepts in the study of education and specifically in the teaching of Home Economics.
PO3 Knowledge - Kind An ability to evaluate current theory and best practice in the fields of Home Economics Studies & Pedagogy; Food, Health and Culinary Skills; Responsible Family Living; Textiles and Craft through the application of research, exercising critical thinking and problem solving, thus being capable of meeting and exceeding strategic objectives of the Home Economics discipline.
